Tourist tax 0,5€ per person per day (over 12 years).
Children under 10 years are free.
Final cleaning 25€.
Sheets included with weekly change, towels not included: you can rent it at the reception.
Pets allowed, provided they kept respecting other guests and the village.
The accommodation is available from 3,00 pm and on departure day the accommodation must be left within 10,30 am.

Reservations must be made through the internet, e-mail or by calling directly and are now regarded as such. Each reservation request is confirmed with an e-mail containing information the price and directions to how to make payments.
At the time of booking we require a deposit of 30% to be sent by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation, the pre-payment will be refund as follows:

• until 60 days before arrival: 100% 
• until 30 days before arrival: 50%
• from 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained in full

Due to delayed arrival or early departure customers must pay for the whole booked period.

You can bring your boat without any problems. The boat, however, must meet the safety standards and you'll be in possession of the requested documents on the spot. Apart from the costs of hauling.
